If you notice unusual activity on your fliitt account then it could be signs that someone may be using your account without your permission. You should sign in to your account and change your password to a more secure one. It is recommended to create a password of at least eight characters made from a combination or uppercase and lowercase letters, symbols and numbers. Do not use commonly used passwords such as ‘password’, ’123456’, ‘qwerty’ or familiar words. If you have lost access to your fliitt account then you should recover by email verification which is possible from the login page within the app. Click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and follow the instructions. For all queries, you can get in touch by using the contact form on the fliitt app or using our web form on the fliitt website [link]. A member of the team will get in touch as soon as possible. Due to the large number of members on our network, fliitt is not set up to cater for such high volumes of calls – for this reason, we do not provide a contact number. As an online brand, it is here that we focus our resources.
fliitt’s focus with partnered gyms is allowing access for our members on to the gym floor. Depending on how classes are run in various gyms, determines whether you may be able to use your fliitt subscription to access those classes. We urge fliitt subscribers to contact the gym to find out if their pass qualifies them to participate for a particular class. fliitt has plans to integrate a class booking feature in future updates – stay tuned!
Your fliitt subscription is exclusive to the account holder. If you would like to take a non-subscribed companion to train with you or to use another facility within the complex, this person will be treated as a paying visitor.
So unlike a fliitt subscriber, a visitor may have to fill in a PAR-Q form at the gym and arrange for an induction. They may not be able to enter the facility upon arrival without prior notice. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that non-subscribers should contact the gym beforehand.
Personal Trainers can train compatible clients at gyms that are ‘PT Friendly’. Look for the ‘PT Friendly’ badge in the gym’s description under amenities. These badges have rating numbers based on the amount of clients you are permitted to train at any one time within their facilities. PT1 being one client and up to PT5 being a maximum of five clients. If you train clients at a gym that isn’t PT friendly then a member of staff may ask you to terminate that session. If you are uncertain whether a gym is PT Friendly or would like to ask permission to train a client at that facility, simply contact that gym and speak to a member of staff.
You get to choose what information of yours is seen publicly by setting your account privacy within the app settings.
If you want to use fliitt solely for gym subscriptions and avoid communications from the social network, you can simply choose to make your account private from within the settings.
fliitt does not permit the creation of fake accounts, this is for the protection of other users. Members that are understood to be using fake accounts will be banned from the network and may also face prosecution. It is important for subscribers to fill in their account details accurately. This is to ensure yours and the gym’s health, safety and security. There can be serious implications if you have not filled in the PAR-Q form or personal details correctly. If you are uncertain whether you have filled in your details correctly, please get in touch with fliitt where we will be happy to give you guidance.
fliitt allows subscribers the convenience to book in to any compatible gym and use their facilities without an induction. This is only made possible with the information you have provided when creating an account – this is why it is important to fill in your details and PAR-Q form accurately – see ‘Can I use fake details for my account?’ If you do require an induction or a gym viewing, simply contact the gym using their contact details within the app and arrange for one.

fliitt does not offer refunds on any of our subscriptions. Instead, we have made it easy for you to cancel your subscription at any time and you can still use any remaining gym usage until the end of that plan – see ‘What is the cancellation policy?
fliitt uses a pass-code system which would need to be verified during the gym’s staffed hours. Even if some gyms on our platform have 24-hour access to their exclusive members, you will not be able to book in during unstaffed hours using our app. fliitt is currently developing a system which can be deployed to 24-hour gyms that will allow our members to access their facilities around the clock. What is PAR-Q? PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) is used by the gyms and personal trainers to determine the safety or possible risk of exercising for an individual based on their health history, current symptoms and risk factors. If you answered yes to one or more questions, are older than age 40 and have been inactive or are concerned about your health, consult a physician before taking a fitness test or substantially increasing your physical activity. You should ask for a medical clearance along with information about specific exercise limitations you may have. In most cases, you will still be able to do any type of activity you want as long as you adhere to some guidelines. If you answered no to all the PAR-Q questions, you can be reasonably sure that you can exercise safely and have a low risk of having any medical complications from exercise. It is still important to start slowing and increase gradually. It may also be helpful to have a fitness assessment with a personal trainer or coach in order to determine where to begin. All gyms have a description to what they offer along with their contact details should you have any further queries. The gym floor is always available for use with your pass with the rare exception of gyms with bespoke setups. If there are any facilities at the gym that you are not entitled to use with your pass; for example, a swimming pool or steam room & sauna, then this will usually be shown as a chargeable extra in the gym description. Whether or not that you would want to pay for use of those extra facilities is entirely up to you.
Cancelling your subscription has been made simple. Just go in to your subscription menu within the app to cancel and confirm. As long as you do this before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged from then on. After you have confirmed your cancellation, you can still use what remaining subscription you have left on your plan. You will revert back to a free user once this period has ended.
As well as being able to use the free features such as interacting with other members on the community wall and finding gyms around your location, you are able to add fliitt (subscribed members) to your contacts and also book yourself and them in to gym sessions based on subscription levels. Find a gym that you would like to attend and book in to a slot at least 30 minutes prior to attending. During the booking, you can add up to two other fliitt (five for PT’s) where they will have 15 minutes to confirm their availability. When arriving at the gym, simply present your current pass code which will then be confirmed on their system, granting you access to sweat away at their facilities.
You can subscribe within the app and then choose your subscription level and payment method. You will need to fill in a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) form during your application which takes seconds to fill out – see ‘What is PAR-Q?’. You will begin a monthly billing cycle which can be cancelled at any time with no contractual obligations – see What is the cancellation policy?. Now you will have access to various partnered gyms across the country and have the ability to include fliitt in to your gym sessions.
As long as you are aged 13 or over, you can have a fliitt account. We encourage everyone to get involved with fliitt as there are so many benefits of having a healthy outlook in your daily life; not just body but also mind. A lot of effort has gone in to allowing this platform to cater for as many users with different needs as possible, whether it’s on the social network or using gyms, so why not give it a go?
